Ɔdadeɛ Global Executives congratulate PRESEC on historic 9th NSMQ trophy

The Ɔdadeɛ Global Executives have congratulated the Presbyterian Boys’ Secondary School (PRESEC-Legon) NSMQ team for winning the school’s ninth National Science and Maths Quiz (NSMQ) trophy.

In a congratulatory message, the alumni group praised the team for its outstanding performance at the 2026 NSMQ Grand Finale, where PRESEC defeated Accra Academy and St Augustine’s College to reclaim the coveted title.

PRESEC finished the contest with 40 points, ahead of Accra Academy’s 33 points and St Augustine’s College’s 27 points.

The victory marks PRESEC’s return to the NSMQ final after a two-year absence and adds a ninth trophy to the school’s record haul in the competition.

The Ɔdadeɛ Global Executives commended the contestants, coaches, teachers and the wider PRESEC community for their hard work, discipline, resilience and determination.

“To our brilliant contestants, coaches, teachers and the entire PRESEC community, we say Ayekoo!” the group said.

The alumni group also congratulated Accra Academy on an impressive second-place finish in the school’s historic first appearance in the NSMQ Grand Finale.

It further commended St Augustine’s College for their spirited performance and third-place finish, describing the performances of both schools as contributing to a thrilling and memorable contest.

The Ɔdadeɛ Global Executive said it looks forward to an even greater future for the school and its students, as PRESEC celebrates its ninth NSMQ triumph.
