Nigeria international Semi Ajayi was in action as newly promoted Hull City held Chelsea to a 2-2 draw in Saturday’s Premier League match at Stamford Bridge.
Ajayi continues to be ever present in the Hull City backline as he was in action for 90 minutes against Chelsea.
Hull are now unbeaten in their four Premier League games played so far – recording two wins and two draws.
For the Blues, it is dropped points in back-to-back Premier League games, after losing 2-1 to Arsenal last weekend.
Xabi Alonso’s side once again took an early lead as they broke the deadlock just seven minutes into the contest through summer signing Morgan Rogers.
But in the 28th minute Algeria’s Mohamed Belloumi equalised for the visitors before getting on the score sheet again on 34 minutes to make it 2-1.
In the second half Chelsea came out determined to avoid another defeat and were back on level terms through Joao Pedro in the 66th minute.
With the stalemate, Hull are in third place on eight points while Chelsea are fourth on seven points in the league table.
