M25 crash LIVE: 'Serious collision' sparks motorway closure as police issue Heathrow and Gatwick travel warning

A section of the M25 is closed anti-clockwise after a serious crash, sparking a warning from police for drivers heading to Heathrow and Gatwick airports.
The anti-clockwise lanes are closed between J11 near Ottershaw and J10 near Cobham following the crash around 11.55pm on Monday.
National Highways said: "The incident scene is now being cleared but this is likely to take several hours and the closure will remain through the morning peak travel period.
"Therefore, please expect long delays on approach to to J11 and also on local routes in the area this morning."
Surrey Police said: "If travelling to Heathrow and Gatwick airport, please check your travel time before you depart as your journey is likely to be impacted.
"The road will be closed for a number of hours to allow a thorough investigation to take place. We will provide an update once the motorway reopens."
