Lautaro Martinez, Marcus Thuram and Hakan Calhanoglu start as Inter seek their first Champions League points against potential Italy international Nicolò Tresoldi’s Club Brugge.
It kicks off at San Siro at 20.00 UK time (21.00 CEST).

The Nerazzurri paid a heavy price for individual errors in their 2-1 defeat to Real Madrid, so are going to have to be more concentrated with this home fixture.
Curtis Jones and John Stones are out injured, but Calhanoglu and Federico Dimarco have made full recoveries, also starting at the weekend in a 3-0 Serie A victory over Parma.
Nicolò Barella, Piotr Zielinski and Lautaro Martinez were rested for that game, but return here, along with Manuel Akanji and Alessandro Bastoni.
Aleksandar Stankovic won the Belgian title with Club Brugge last season, though is still waiting for his chance to shine at Inter.

There are more familiar faces in the team, because ex-Inter goalkeeper Yann Sommer is now at Club Brugge, although he was wobbly in the 3-2 Champions League defeat to Aston Villa.
Their star striker is Tresoldi, who was born in Italy and moved to Germany as a child, so is still trying to decide who to represent at senior level.
The 22-year-old scored six goals in 10 games this season.
Joel Ordonez is out of action for quite a while with a fractured metatarsal in his foot, with Carlos Forbs struggling after muscular issues.
