News24 | ‘They’ve been doing things via Fannie Nkosi’: Bombshell recording in Sibiya bail hearing

Translate

Self-proclaimed “blesser” Serge Cabonge implicated Sergeant Fannie Nkosi as the real middleman between Vusimusi “Cat” Matlala and former deputy national police commissioner Shadrack Sibiya.

In a recording played in Sibiya’s bail proceedings in the Randburg Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday, Cabonge claimed that he never collected “any fucking cents” for the former deputy national police commissioner.

Cabonge can be heard telling Mr M, the father of Sibiya’s alleged 16-year-old victim, that Matlala and Sibiya conducted their dealings through suspended organised crime officer Nkosi, not him.

“He [Matlala] contacted Sibiya. I never collected money from Cat to give [to] Sibiya.

“They have been doing things, both of them, via Fannie Nkosi,” Cabonge was heard saying.

This is a developing story.
