Roma give Nahuel Molina and Leonardo Balerdi their full debuts, with Paulo Dybala, Matias Soulé and Donyell Malen, but Torino are short on strikers due to injury.
It kicks off at the Stadio Olimpico Grande Torino at 17.30 UK time (18.30 CEST).

The Giallorossi fought back from a goal down at the 88th minute to beat Atalanta 2-1 last week and maintain their 100 per cent start to the Serie A season.
It was less morale-boosting in their first Champions League tie for seven years, held to a 1-1 draw away to Fenerbahce on Thursday.
Evan Nidkca and Manu Koné sustained knocks in that game, so Balerdi gets his first start with Molina rather than Devyne Rensch.
Niccolò Pisilli steps into midfield, with Soulé again preferred to Rodrigo Mora in support of Dybala and Capocannoniere Malen.

Torino have problems too, because Che Adams, Cesare Casadei, Pietro Pellegri and Franco Ismael are out, while Giovanni Simeone, Duvan Zapata and Saul Coco are not at 100 per cent either.
Nonetheless, Simeone and Coco do manage to grit their teeth and start.
The Granata lost their first two games of the Serie A season to Milan and Sassuolo, but emerged with a 2-1 victory away to Fiorentina last week.

Torino: Perri; Comuzzo, Coco, Comert; Belghali, Gineitis, Mandragora, Fitz-Jim, Fortini; Vlasic; Simeone
Roma: Svilar; Mancini, Balerdi, Hermoso; Lulli, Pisilli, Cristante, Molina; Dybala, Soulé; Malen
