未來10年供2500公頃熟地 較去年預測減百

【明報專訊】發展局昨日公布未來10年可供發展土地（俗稱熟地）預測，未來10年供應預計共約2500公頃（見圖表），較去年的10年熟地預測（約2600公頃）少。發展局長甯漢豪在記者會表示，約2500公頃熟地中約七成來自北部都會區，強調每年的預測皆有浮動，雖然預測中再無交椅洲人工島，但《香港2030+》提出至2048年的30年間產出7000公頃熟地，即年均200多公頃，而未來10年的熟地年均約250公頃，故符合整體目標。
