Stock index futures mixed ahead of FOMC minutes

Stock index futures were mixed on Wednesday as traders looked forward to the release of the Federal Reserve's latest meeting minutes later in the day.

Dow futures (INDU) -0.06%, S&P 500 futures (SPX) +0.06%, and Nasdaq futures (US100:IND) -0.16%.

The Federal Open Market Committee issues minutes of its latest meeting three weeks after the meeting, detailing the issues of debate and consensus among policymakers. The notes could shed some light on how decision-makers are viewing the economy.

The economic calendar also includes the Consumer Credit report.

The 2-year Treasury yield (US2Y) fell 0.2 basis points to 4.80%, the benchmark 10-year Treasury yield (US10Y) rose 1.4 basis points to 5.30%, and the 30-year Treasury yield (US30Y) rose 2.1 basis points to 5.68%.

Among S&P 500 stocks, Cencora +5.04%, Broadridge Financial Solutions +3.51%, Intel +2.28%, Old Dominion Freight Line +2.27%, and Loews +2.11%.

Among S&P 500 stocks, AutoZone -5.14%, Constellation Brands -4.31%, Sempra -3.37%, Diamondback Energy -2.56%, and Constellation Energy -2.47%.
