After more than a decade in the same home, Jenny McCarthy and Donnie Wahlberg are ready for a change. The couple has put their St. Charles, Illinois, property on the market for $2.799 million, giving potential buyers a chance to own the home they have called their suburban retreat since 2015.According to the current MLS listing, represented by Cory Jones of eXp Realty, the St. Charles property was listed on September 23, 2026, for $2.799 million. McCarthy and Wahlberg bought the residence for $1.1 million in February 2015, about a year after their wedding.

A spacious St. Charles property

Located in the Woods of Fox Glen, the residence sits on approximately 1.26 acres. The traditional brick home was built in 1996 and offers 7,236 square feet of living space, with four bedrooms, five full bathrooms and one half-bath.

The property has been extensively updated during the couple's ownership. Charles sale is directly connected to those discussions. Their next destination remains unclear.

Whether their next home is in California or elsewhere, the couple's longtime Illinois retreat is officially waiting for its next owner.
