KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 6 — Bursa Malaysia has directed Zetrix AI Bhd to resolve the non-payment of its 2025 final dividend by November 23, 2026 and disclose relevant material information by November 11, 2026.

The exchange said it expressed serious concerns over Zetrix AI’s dividend non-payment, financial position, outstanding payments to the Road Transport Department (RTD) and Inland Revenue Board (LHDN), and the resignation of its independent directors and external auditors.

It also raised concerns over the company’s employees’ share option scheme (ESOS) and the impact of its suspension as RTD’s collection agent.

“Before taking enforcement action, Bursa Malaysia must ensure that all relevant facts and circumstances have been thoroughly examined, the evidence supporting any finding of a breach has been carefully assessed, and applicable procedural requirements have been met.

“Establishing a breach does not dispense with the need for due process: any decision to take enforcement action must be properly substantiated, supported by clear reasons and capable of withstanding scrutiny,” it said in a Bursa Malaysia filing today.

Bursa Malaysia also said it remains committed to upholding market integrity, promoting high standards of corporate governance and disclosure, and maintaining investor confidence through a fair, transparent and orderly marketplace. — Bernama
