The sweet smell of success for Sir David Beckham... his aftershaves, perfumes and luxury brands make £17,250 a day.

The former Manchester United star's accounts show his collection turned over £6.3million last year – and £5.4million of that was profit.

His flagship fragrance is Instinct and his aftershaves sell for between £12 and £50. Accounts show the company has £7.9million in ready cash and assets of £10.4million.

A friend said: 'Anyone who has met David knows how good he smells, so with that in mind, it isn't so surprising that his perfume range is so popular.

'He started it back in the Noughties and he has kept releasing more. He is really proud of his perfumes. David's fans seem to want to smell like him.' As well as Instinct, he sells Classic Blue, True Instinct, Bold Instinct and Classic Homme.

Beckham's fragrances and other 'luxury brands' are managed by his licensing firm Seven Global LLP.

It was launched in 2015 as a 'joint venture' between Global Brands Group and David Beckham, before his firm DB Ventures took control of the company seven years later.

Alongside his vast range of eaux de toilette, the company also looks after his glasses licence with the Safilo Group, which produces his trendy specs range, Eyewear by David Beckham.

The firm is confident of continued success after previous campaign partnerships with the likes of Tudor watches, skincare brand Biotherm Homme and Haig Club Whisky.

The accounts report says: 'The global David Beckham commercial and licensing business and its associated brand marketing activities have proven to be highly successful in generating long-term revenue.

'The business maintained its relationships with its brand partners during 2025, demonstrating the strength and health of the core business.' Beckham, 51, has also worked with designer watchmaker Breitling, clothing brand Armani and razor vendor Gillette.

Wife Victoria's fashion business has just returned a profit for the first time in 18 years – but David's brands have no such problem.
