Former FaZe Clan CEO Richard “Banks” Bengtson has taken his ongoing feud with PlaqueBoyMax to another level, threatening legal action over what he describes as false allegations against him. The November 5 exchange also saw Banks launch a brutal attack on Max's music career, calling his songs “ABSOLUTE DOGSH*T” and questioning his chances of ever performing at the Super Bowl halftime show. Banks did not stop at criticizing Max's ambitions. He also issued a series of personal warnings during their public back-and-forth, including the words, “I will fu**ing bury you,” as their long-running differences turned into another heated confrontation.

Banks Mocks PlaqueBoyMax's Super Bowl Ambition and Attacks His Music Career
The argument picked up after PlaqueBoyMax posted on November 1 that he wanted to perform at the Super Bowl halftime show before he died. “before i die i will do the super bowl halftime show,” he wrote on X.
Banks was clearly not buying that ambition. During his response, he called the idea a “delusion”and questioned why people around Max were encouraging him to pursue it. He even told the streamer to fire anyone on his team who supported the idea.
His criticism went beyond the Super Bowl dream. Banks also took aim at Max's music, saying it was “whack as fu**” and arguing that he had wasted an opportunity to build something bigger.
Banks then made an unusual bet about Max's chances of reaching the halftime stage. He promised to get “5$TAR PlaqueBoyMax” tattooed across his face in large letters if Max ever performed at the Super Bowl during their lifetime.
The insults soon became more personal. In another clip, Banks warned Max, “Test me bro,”before adding, “I will fu**ing bury you. You haven't even scratched the surface yet. I f**king own you, I own your bi*ch a**. I own you. Never fu**ing forget it.”
Banks Accuses Max of Spreading False Allegations and Says He Will Take Legal Action
Banks later moved the argument to X, where he addressed what he described as an accusation that he had committed an “egregious, disgusting act.” He claimed the allegation was completely false and said a third party had already confirmed that it was a lie.
In his lengthy statement, Banks wrote:
“I state facts, his music is ABSOLUTE DOGSH*T. I'm forced at this point to sue him.”
He also accused Max of using false claims to damage his reputation and said he expected to win the case. Banks went as far as claiming that Max could be forced to pay him millions and issue a public apology.
“He's going to at MINIMUM be forced to say sorry to me. Just watch.”
Banks also called Max a “racist piece of sh*t” in the same post. The two have had problems since Max's departure from FaZe Clan in August 2025.
Max previously said that members had little control within the organization and felt like “puppets.” Banks later criticized the former members who left FaZe, calling them ungrateful and accusing them of having huge egos.
Max has since continued working independently through his 5$TAR brand. His November 6-8 Rising Star event, featuring six artists competing for a $25,000 prize, was also being promoted during the latest exchange.
