Reggie Travers is still waiting for the lawsuit papers that Kai Cenat threatened to send him, and now he is questioning if the streamer ever meant to sue at all. In an Instagram update shared around October 21, Reggie said he received nothing, even though Cenat announced legal action during a September 30 Twitch livestream. “It seem as if Mr PDF aka KC3 aka Kai Diddy Combs was lying about suing,” Reggie wrote. The post came more than three weeks after Cenat's warning, so the public dispute between them keeps going. But Kai hasn't filed any lawsuit against Reggie yet.

Reggie Says Kai Has Yet to Send Lawsuit Papers

Reggie made his latest comments in an Instagram post, where he directly questioned Cenat's promise to sue. He wrote, “I'm still waiting for the so called ‘sue' papers to come lol.”

Before calling Cenat a liar over the lawsuit, he said, he wanted people to be updated on how the process is going.

Talking about a legal fight is not new for Reggie. In a YouTube video posted on October 8, he said, “If Kai says he is going to sue me, I'm saving my evidence for court. Let's do it then! I know everything!” So he keeps standing by his allegations against Cenat, and the evidence stays with him, not released publicly, until a court asks for it.

Kai Cenat Threatened Legal Action During September Livestream

Cenat announced his intention to sue Reggie during a September 30 Twitch livestream. He was replying to allegations Reggie had made after leaving the Clover Boys streaming circle associated with him in late September.

“Tomorrow, when you wake up, call the cops. Call the cops and show them the evidence. Because guess what? I am calling the cops! Yeah. Yeah, I'm suing you, brother. I'm suing you, bro,” Cenat said.

The dispute began after Reggie accused Cenat of grooming 17-year-old streamer QuVonn “RaKai” Linder and encouraging inappropriate behavior for clout. Reggie also alleged that Cenat knew about previous abuse involving RaKai.

RaKai rejected the claims about his childhood in a September 29 post on X. “I never got touched in any way growing up and not by my family or my friends… Please don't believe everything you read on the internet,” he wrote.

Later he repeated this denial during a stream, and also said a defamation claim against Reggie is possible.

Cenat denied Reggie's allegations on his own livestream too, saying they had gone “too far” and involved his name, family and future. He also brought up the support he claimed to have given Reggie in the past, including an incident in Alaska. Stay tuned for more updates.
