She earned the nickname Sporty Spice for her love of a tracksuit and infectious energy.
And true to form, Melanie Chisholm will put the Strictly Come Dancing professionals through their paces in Sunday's results show.
The singer, 52, will perform her new song Sweat to a fitness-inspired group routine.
Looking toned in a hot pink crop top and black shorts, Mel C and the professionals dance with skipping ropes, dumbbells, spin bikes and treadmills.
During rehearsals for the recorded segment, Mel C said it was ‘incredible to be performing on Strictly’.
She was last on the show in 2007, when the Spice Girls performed 2 Become 1.

Mel revealed she has been asked to compete 'every year'. She told the Daily Star recently: 'Strictly is really the only one of those shows that I would consider and I have had a meeting with them — they ask me every year to do it.'
Strictly will return for week five on Saturday and Delta Goodrem will make her comeback with Kai Widdrington, 31, to perform a Rumba to It's All Coming Back To Me by Celine Dion after missing last week's show due to a rib injury.
The singer, 41, was ordered to rest by doctors and received a pass through to the next round after the injury left her unable to train last week.
The Sydney-born star managed to perform a Salsa during week three of the competition, keeping her top of the leaderboard for the second consecutive week.
But it was only hours after the live broadcast that she was brought to hospital as she struggled to sleep through her pain.
Doctors ordered Delta to rest, as well as sleep upright to aid her recovery.
Long-established Strictly rules state that a contestant is allowed one free pass before they have to withdraw from the competition.
Saturday night's show comes amid the report that BBC bosses fear that all four judges are gearing up to quit Strictly after this year's series.

Shirley Ballas, Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse and Du Beke's contracts will finish at the end of this season and will then be up for negotiation with the corporation.
But following Claudia Winkleman and Tess Daly's exit, bosses are terrified that the controversy surrounding the new format this year will lead to the judges going too.
Insiders suggest that Shirley, 66, may not return for what would be her 11th series, with speculation rife that she may relocate to the US to spend more time with her son Mark, a professional dancer on America's Dancing With The Stars, and his two children
One source told the Daily Mail's Katie Hind: 'The one thing that the BBC knew would keep some continuity this year was that the judges would all be back. They are under contract so that was a guarantee for the bosses and was definitely one less headache for them. But anything could happen. Any of them could walk away now and they will be free agents.
'The most likely is Shirley. She has done a decade now and she has grandchildren that she wants to see more of.
'The terms of their contracts will have to be renegotiated, and if the judges don't like what the BBC is offering maybe they won't return.
'It will all be very up in the air in December once this run is over.'
Strictly fans blasted the judges' 'crazy' scoring last week as they took aim at the 'mess' of a leaderboard.
