Not Suitable For Work has been canceled by Hulu after one season, and the cast is sharing their reactions to the news.

The Mindy Kaling-created comedy starred Ella Hunt, Avantika Vandanapu, Will Angus, Jack Martin, and Nicholas Duvernay.

“I love this show, I loved making this show, I love these people, and I love all of you for all your sweet comments, messages, edits and for watching,” Kaling said in an Instagram post.

Duvernay and Vandanapu replied to the post with red heart emojis expressing their support for Kaling.

In her own Instagram Stories post, Vandanapu wrote, “I love this cast and this team so very much.”

Not Suitable For Work gave me such an opportunity of a lifetime and introduced me to people and audiences I could have never even dreamed of meeting before,” she continued. “I am so grateful to Mindy, Charlie, Hulu, Warner Bros for giving us this chance. We love you.”

Included in her post was Vandanapu and the rest of the cast posing in front of a picture of the Friends cast, a sitcom they were compared to throughout its run.

Martin, who played Josh Teitelbaum, also took to Instagram to share some words following news of NSFW‘s cancellation.

“I will always love Not Suitable For Work and everyone who was a part of it,” he wrote, resharing Kaling’s post. “Thank you for watching.”

Not Suitable For Work revolved around five work-obsessed twenty-somethings living in Manhattan’s Murray Hill neighborhood in New York. The series premiered in June of this year and ran for nine episodes.
