Hollyoaks star Tamara Wall lands new role – with soapy twist – after Grace's shock death

Former Hollyoaks star Tamara Wall is returning to our screens – nearly one year on from Grace Black's shocking death scenes.
Tamara, who bowed out as fan favourite Grace during Hollyoaks' 30th anniversary episodes last October, has filmed a lead role in a new vertical drama titled Revenge is a Dish.
The popular star wasn't far from her soap roots while working on the project, as Revenge is a Dish is the first ever vertical scripted series created by Hollyoaks' production company Lime Pictures.

The short-form revenge saga, spanning 57 episodes and designed for mobile viewing, was filmed on the Hollyoaks set and centres around the fictional Rochat family – a powerful restaurant dynasty.
Tamara stars as troubled matriarch Gloria Rochat, whose divided loyalties and buried secrets play a key role in the story.
Director Angelo Abela commented: "Verticals cross skillset with soap as they require pacey storytelling, huge hooks and from the actors, the ability to shoot a high volume of high-drama scenes, with limited rehearsal time.
"It was a natural progression for Lime to move into this genre, based on our history in continuing drama and ability to offer high production values."

Tamara is joined in the cast by actor Luke Delaney, whose previous credits include roles in Coronation Street and BBC One's Hope Street.
Kharla Corley and Jessica Paul are also in the cast, alongside Ruby Snape and Aldo Peirano.
An official statement teased: "Kharla Corley leads the cast as Paige, a seemingly sweet new British busgirl who infiltrates the Rochat family's acclaimed restaurant with revenge in mind, opposite Luke Delaney as its charismatic Head Chef and heir apparent.
"But as Paige gets closer to her target, an unexpected attraction threatens to derail her plans, setting off a tangled web of family secrets, betrayal and forbidden romance."
Revenge is a Dish has launched on epis, a new global streaming service which specialises in short-form, mobile-first storytelling.
Lime Pictures has also produced a second original drama for the service, titled Make Me A Match, which will be released at a later date.
