Hollyoaks confirms where Lucas is hiding as new evidence is uncovered

Hollyoaks has shed some light on the storyline involving Lucas Hay, with the teenager's hiding spot being revealed. But with Ste still missing and Leah in recovery, is Lucas hiding plenty of other stuff?

The Channel 4 soap has been full of drama since Ste vanished, with Lucas being one of the prime suspects in the case. He had admitted to being involved in his father's situation, though it hasn't been clear to what extent.

In last week's scenes, Lucas made another hasty exit from the village after his half-sister fell down a flight of stairs, though the police are hot on his tail after Gemma explained her own dealings with him.

Tonight's (13 October) instalment began with Leah checking herself out of hospital, though she was spotted by Misbah as she attempted to leave. With Leah having a cracked rib, Misbah said she was in no state to be discharged.

Leah, however, was in no mood to stay around, and vowed to find both Ste and Lucas as soon as possible. She was mobbed by a bunch of people outside the hospital, who asked if she knew about their whereabouts.

She soon headed to The Dog and wanted to speak with Donny, though she had to fend off some questions - and a healthy dose of suspicion - from Darren, Jack and Mercedes. Misbah arrived and said she would take Leah back to the hospital.

Leah was given the space to let her emotions out, and went to the prayer room to speak with her deceased mother Amy. She asked for a sign that Lucas was innocent and soon got her wish.

After speaking with Imran, Leah flicked through some of the online comments that she had received from followers, but one of them provided important information about Lucas's potential whereabouts.

The missing teenager had been spotted in the background of another video, which was recorded in Chester. With several people - and the police - likely to be converging on Lucas, Leah told Imran that they needed to move fast.

A hooded Lucas was seen wandering around an empty yard, but it remains to be seen what he's planning next. Is he really guilty of abducting Ste, and will Leah be able to get to her half-brother in the nick of time?

Hollyoaks airs on Mondays-Wednesdays with its Channel 4 streaming premiere at 7am, then an E4 broadcast the same night at 7pm. Full episodes are also released on YouTube a week after their Channel 4 release.
