One of the most hated of Spider-Man's girlfriends ever has to be Michelle Gonzalez. After Mephisto erased Peter's marriage to Mary Jane, he had a new life and ended up rooming with Vin Gonzalez, a police officer who was a partner of Carlie Cooper.

Michelle was Vin's sister, and while she and Peter did not like each other at first, they started to date anyway. She then became extremely over-possessive of Peter until Chameleon showed up and came between them, causing more problems until Michelle finally left for Chicago.

Lian Tang is one of Spider-Man's most recent girlfriends. After Peter Parker regained control of his body, he helped raise Parker Industries into a powerhouse company, and he began working in Shanghai, where he started dating a scientific designer named Lian Tang.

Lian even created the Spider-Mobile for Spider-Man. This Peter Parker love interest eventually fell apart when he learned she was working for Zodiac, and even after forgiving her for the betrayal, their relationship could never recover.

Lynda Locke, aka Web-Head, met Peter Parker through a dating app, but their date was ruined by a rampaging monster. Besides possessing spider-based powers herself, she is clearly a fan of Spider-Man. After that failed date, the pair reunited in Astonishing Spider-Man Infinity Comic #6 and decided to go out again a few issues later.

As their superhero alter egos, Spider-Man and Web-Head, they seemed to get along better, even sharing a passionate kiss. Although neither hero was entirely sure where the relationship was headed, or if it was simply another of Spider-Man’s fleeting romances, what stands out about Lynda is her striking resemblance to Mary Jane when unmasked, so it is no surprise that she caught Peter's eye.

Shay Marken is one of Peter Parker's newer girlfriends, a somewhat controversial figure among fans who wanted the hero to rekindle his relationship with Mary Jane. She works as a nurse at the Ravencroft Institute, surrounded by superhumans, and unlike many of his other love interests, Shay was drawn to Peter rather than Spider-Man.

Their romance faced initial strain due to the demands of Peter's dual life as Spider-Man. Although they eventually found a balance, the relationship was not fully committed. Rather than being strictly exclusive, Shay told Peter they were free to date other people, and, around that time, the hero even kissed Black Cat.
