GMA Network has acknowledged an incident involving a dog and one of its production vehicles, saying it has reached out to the pet’s owner to offer support and assistance.

“GMA Network is aware of the distressing incident involving a dog and one of its production vehicles,” the network said in a statement on Saturday.

“We have already reached out to the dog’s owner to offer support and assistance,” it added.

The network said it was taking the matter with utmost care and was “committed to addressing it responsibly.”

In a 24 Oras Weekend report on Saturday, a relative of the dog’s owner said the pet was already able to walk to some extent.

The family is scheduled to bring the dog to a veterinarian for a medical checkup.– Lyjah Tiffany Bonzo/MCG, GMA News
