We're 48 hours away from Lane Kiffin returning to Oxford as the head coach of the LSU Tigers, and things are starting to get nasty in his old stomping grounds.
Unfortunately, Landry Kiffin — Lane's oldest daughter who still attends Ole Miss — has been dragged into the fire. The eldest Kiffin has been the subject of several vulgar bed sheet banners being hung around campus this week, all suggesting she had sexual relations with a former Ole Miss player.
I won't name the player here for obvious reasons, but the internet makes things easy to find in 2026.
Anyway, Kiffin, 21, took to TikTok Wednesday night to bash the students hanging the signs, saying she was being "turned into a punchline of a sexual joke" and denying she ever knew the player in question.
"I understand emotions are high this week, and people are upset, but I’m my own person," Kiffin said. "I’ll never understand how someone can feel good about themselves putting such vulgar things about a girl on a giant banner hanging from their house."
She goes on to say that students are "saying really inappropriate things about me with somebody I genuinely have never met in my life, which makes it even more frustrating," and that she hopes "people realize there is an actual person behind the jokes people make."

All of this stems from a rumor in Oxford — a long-running rumor, I might add — that Landry Kiffin and a former player had sexual relations during Lane Kiffin's tenure at Ole Miss. Fans believe that is the reason this former player was essentially benched last season.
Landry has been dating current LSU linebacker Whit Weeks since last season.

It's one of those Reddit conspiracy theories that really catches fire on weeks like this. Again, Kiffin is still a student at Ole Miss even though her dad fled town last fall, which certainly adds an element to Saturday night's showdown.
