Watch Cardi B, Jennifer Lopez, mgk & More Musicians Walk the Vogue Runway at Milan Fashion Week

A number of celebrity musicians swapped the stage for the runway Tuesday (Sept. 22) in Milan for Fashion Week, including Cardi B, Jennifer Lopez, mgk and more.

Held within the city’s Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, the Vogue World 2026: Milano showcase was designed to “survey and celebrate fashion’s ability to preserve heritage, drive innovation and shape the future,” according to Vogue. Split into five acts — “The Artisanal Revolution,” “The Industrial Revolution,” “Made in Italy,” “The Age of Intelligence” and “The Imagination Revolution” — the clothing and performances took audience members through different historical periods.

Cardi looked fierce modeling a brightly colored dress printed with various Vogue magazine covers during the third act, followed immediately by Lopez, who twirled around in a sparkly black gown and opera gloves alongside tennis player Lorenzo Musetti. Mgk’s cameo came later in the fourth act, with the singer-rapper strutting through the nearly 150-year-old shopping plaza in an orange jumpsuit and giving one of Vogue‘s cameras — which live streamed the full show — a “what’s up” gesture as he passed it.

Alicia Keys was also present to lead an ethereal performance of Donna Summer’s “I Feel Love” — a quintessential disco track that reached No. 6 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 1977 — during the fifth act of the fashion show, modeling a hand-painted Francesco Risso dress. Additionally, J Balvin modeled an ornate Dolce & Gabbana suit, while Kpop Demon Hunters star Ejae looked regal in a whimsical but refined Roberto Capucci number.

The 2026 exhibition marks the fifth Vogue World, which first began in 2022 with an inaugural show in New York. Subsequent Vogue Worlds have taken place in London, Paris and Hollywood, with ticket proceeds going toward local cultural and performing arts organizations in the host cities.

In previous years, Sabrina Carpenter, Gracie Abrams, Bad Bunny, Katy Perry, Ciara, Maluma and more A-list musicians have walked the Vogue World runway.
