2028 Olympics Qualifier: Super Falcons Camp Bubbles With 18 Players
Eighteen players are currently in the Super Falcons’ camp in Ijebu-Ode as preparations intensify for their 2028 Olympic Games qualifying tie against Comoros.
Christy Ucheibe, Toni Payne, and Janet Akekoromowei are the latest players to arrive the team’s camp in Ijebu Ode
Fourteen players took part in Monday’s training session at the Remo Stars Sports Complex in Ikenne as the Super Falcons began preparations for the two-legged second-round encounter.
Captain Rasheedat Ajibade, goalkeepers Chiamaka Nnadozie and Comfort Erhabor, defender Michelle Alozie, and forwards Gift Monday, Uchenna Kanu and Joy Omewa are still expected to join the squad.
Meanwhile, Asisat Oshoala, Oluwatosin Demehin, Ashleigh Plumptre and Flourish Sabastine have withdrawn from the qualifiers for different reasons.

Comoros are scheduled to host the first leg of the second-round tie on Friday, October 9, while Nigeria will host the return leg on Tuesday, October 13.
However, both fixtures will be played at the Remo Stars Sports Stadium in Ikenne-Remo, as Comoros do not have a CAF-approved stadium for international matches.
