Who is Chelsea’s new shirt sponsor for the 2026/27 season?

Chelsea Football Club have officially announced Circle Internet Group as the club’s new Principal Partner and official front-of-shirt sponsor, bringing the USDC brand to the famous blue shirts from the 2026/27 season.
The agreement will see Circle and USDC branding appear on the front of Chelsea’s men’s, women’s and academy shirts, marking a major step into the football industry for the American financial technology company. The new partnership will make its first appearance on Chelsea’s men’s shirt when they face Brighton & Hove Albion in their first Premier League home match of the new season at Stamford Bridge on Sunday.
Circle is the company behind USDC, a dollar-pegged stablecoin designed to allow people and businesses to transfer digital dollars globally. The partnership represents the first time a cryptocurrency financial services company has become the principal front-of-shirt sponsor of a Premier League club.
Chelsea president Jason Gannon welcomed the agreement, describing the partnership as a move that positions the club at the forefront of football’s digital evolution. Financial details of the deal have not been officially disclosed, although reports earlier this year suggested Chelsea were targeting around £65 million per year for their front-of-shirt sponsorship.
The arrival of Circle ends Chelsea’s search for a new principal shirt sponsor and gives the club a major global financial technology brand to represent across its men's, women's and academy teams.
