Oylama sonucunda Brezilya, Burundi, Dominik Cumhuriyeti, Almanya, Gana, İrlanda, Japonya, Ürdün, Kuveyt, Nepal, Nijerya, Moldova, Ukrayna, Uruguay ve Zambiya, BM İnsan Hakları Konseyinin 2027-2029 dönemi için yeni üye oldu.

15 yeni üyenin 3 yıllık görev süresi, 1 Ocak 2027'de başlayacak.

İsviçre'nin Cenevre şehrinde merkezi bulunan UNHRC'nin toplam 47 üyesi bulunuyor.
