Kanyari Says He Is ‘Best Solution’ for Kasarani as 2027 Campaign Gains Momentum
Pastor Victor Kanyari has declared himself the “best solution” for Kasarani as he continues his campaign for the constituency’s parliamentary seat ahead of the 2027 General Election.
Kanyari, who is seeking to become the next Kasarani MP, made the remarks while addressing supporters and outlining his vision for the constituency.
The preacher said Kasarani needs leadership capable of addressing the challenges facing residents, expressing confidence that he can provide the direction he believes the constituency requires.
“Leadership is what is needed in Kasarani, and I believe I’m the best solution for Kasarani people,” Kanyari said.
His latest declaration comes as he steps up his political activities across the constituency and seeks to position himself as a candidate focused on development and improved public services.
Kanyari’s Kasarani political bid
Kanyari has repeatedly spoken about his ambition to represent Kasarani in Parliament, highlighting issues such as roads, water, education and employment.
In September, he made a similar declaration while addressing residents in Njiru alongside Kiharu MP Ndindi Nyoro.
Kanyari said he wanted to emulate Nyoro’s development record in Kiharu and become the “Ndindi Nyoro” of Kasarani.
“And I will become the Ndindi Nyoro of here, Kasarani. Kasarani deserves my leadership as MP so it can rise,” he said.
He also called on residents to support his bid, pointing to challenges including poor roads and education in Njiru.
The appearance followed an event in Ruai where Kanyari and Nyoro shared a platform before engaging residents in parts of the area.
Kanyari seeks voters’ support
Kanyari’s campaign has also involved direct engagement with residents and empowerment initiatives targeting young people and single mothers.
He has previously promised to improve roads, expand access to water and promote development across Kasarani if elected.
His political ambitions have gained additional attention following the entry of musician Stevo Simple Boy, who has also announced plans to contest the Kasarani parliamentary seat in 2027.
With the race beginning to attract several high-profile aspirants, Kanyari is seeking to convince voters that his leadership would deliver the development he believes the constituency needs.
