Love Is Blind Season 11: Contestant Makes Abrupt Exit After Reveal

'Love Is Blind' Season 11: Meet The 30 Boston Singles Looking For Love
Whether in roads or love, sometimes you gotta bang a uey.
After all, though Love Is Blind’s eleventh season—out Oct. 14—saw Jacqueline “Jax” Guelli and Scott “Stew” Stewart fall for each other sight unseen, the couple barely made it out of the pods before she decided to turn it all around.
In fact, prior to their big reveal, Jax did express her hesitation about facing the physical aspects of her relationship for the first time.
“I’m most nervous about physical connection to kind of lock it in ultimately,” the entrepreneur shared in her confessional. “I mean, can you even break up during this? I don’t know.”
Stew, on the other hand, was already moving at full speed ahead.
“I have no fears,” he shared before the reveal. “I’m not worried about how I look. That’s not a big thing. I’ve gotten enough hints of what she looks like that I feel reasonably confident in.”
However, once face-to-face—and with the engagement ring officially on Jax’s finger—it was clear that the two were on opposite pages, with Jax saying more than once that “this is so weird.”
And while Stew shared he was “the furthest thing from disappointed,” after seeing Jax, she didn’t quite match his energy.
“You’re not really what I was expecting but it makes sense,” she told her fiancé, assuring him, “It’s a compliment. No, it’s very New England. You’re very New England.”
But Stew seemed to take it in stride, saying that the fellow pod guys called him “Kennedy,” joking that it’s for “Jackie Kennedy, baby.” Meanwhile, Jax replied with, “Please, more like Mitt Romney.”

And after going back to their separate corners, Jax made it clear that Mexico (the usual post-pod place for all engaged couples) was not the planned destination, adding that she “should go home.”
Which led production to step in and break the news to Stew.
“Jax has just informed us, she does not want to go to Mexico with you,” a producer tells him in a confessional. “She asked to go home immediately…We offered her the opportunity to sit down and talk with you. She declined.”

And when Stew asked whether this meant they were still engaged, production told the director of engineering that it was for him to “figure out.”
“She actually asked us not to provide any sort of situation,” the producer added, “for you to talk with her at this moment.”
But all in all, Stew remained optimistic about his future—with or without his fiancée.
“Wow, I guess the feelings were not mutual,” he noted. “It seemed like this really could’ve been something. I would still say that this was a profoundly positive experience. I have no regrets about taking this step. I have no regrets about doing this. Life goes on and I’ll be heading back to Boston and we’ll see what happens.”
And while where Jax and Stew stand now has yet to be seen, keep reading for a look at the full Love Is Blind Boston cast…
