Redwire, EnduroSat sign MoU to strengthen European space infrastructure
- Redwire (RDW) and aerospace firm EnduroSat have signed a memorandum of understanding to strengthen Europe’s space infrastructure capabilities by combining EnduroSat’s high-volume satellite manufacturing with Redwire’s power systems and prime contracting expertise.
- The companies plan to pursue opportunities supporting European government, defense and commercial missions, including very low Earth orbit (VLEO) operations for national defense, European orbital data centers, and next-generation positioning, navigation and timing (PNT) satellite constellations.
- RDW shares were up 2.7% premarket.
