Coca-Cola FEMSA reports Q3 results
- Coca-Cola FEMSA press release (KOF): Q3 total revenues increased 10.9% to Ps. 79,718 million. This increase was driven mainly by volume growth, coupled with revenue management initiatives, which were partially offset by unfavorable mix and negative translation effects from most our operating currencies into Mexican pesos. Excluding currency translation effects, total revenues increased 11.3%.
- Net income attributable to equity holders of the company increased 5.5% to reach Ps. 6,223 million. This increase was driven mainly by an increase in our operating income, partially offset by a higher income tax and increase in our comprehensive financing result. Earnings per share were Ps. 0.37 (Earnings per unit were Ps. 2.96 and per ADS were Ps. 29.62.).
- Volume increased 5.3% to 1,089.8 million-unit cases, driven by volume growth in all our operations.
