Registered dietitian-nutritionists have urged Nigerians to stop boiling unpeeled eggs and rice together in the same pot to reduce the risk of cross-contamination and foodborne infections.

A Federal High Court in Abuja has ordered the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority to continue granting and renewing petroleum products import licences, opening a fresh battle as domestic refining expands.

4. Osimhen, Haaland strongest in the world — Jesus
