Passengers on the Tel Aviv Light Rail will soon experience Israeli art during their daily commutes.

Beginning Thursday, October 29, at 11:00 a.m., the Allenby Station on the Red Line will transform into a public gallery, hosting MUZA on the Line, a new exhibition by the Eretz Israel Museum.

The unique initiative represents the museum’s first-ever collaboration with the light rail. Organized alongside Red Line operator Tevel Metro, the exhibition aims to bring culture directly into public spaces thousands of commuters pass every day.

The exhibition features original artworks and high-quality photographs from three editions of the prestigious Tel Aviv Biennale of Crafts and Design (2020, 2023, and 2026).

The displayed works explore the intersection of traditional craftsmanship and contemporary design. Commuters can expect a wide range of media and materials, including ceramics and glass; mosaics and stone; and textiles and metal.
