Alphabet (GOOG) (GOOGL) is launching its second euro bond sale of the year, offering debt in seven tranches as the Google parent joins other major technology companies in raising funds to support artificial intelligence investments.

The company is offering bonds with maturities ranging from two to 19 years, Bloomberg reported, citing a person familiar with the matter.

Initial price guidance for the shortest fixed-rate tranche is around 60 basis points above mid-swaps, while the longest-dated notes are being marketed at a spread of about 205 to 210 basis points, the source said.

Barclays Plc, BNP Paribas SA, and Deutsche Bank AG are managing the sale, which is expected to be priced later Monday.
