5 Emmerdale spoilers for tonight as Sadie is confronted for lying

In tonight's Emmerdale, there are explosive consequences following Sadie's latest attempt to sabotage Caleb and Ruby's marriage – but can she talk her way out of trouble?

Meanwhile, Charity faces the prospect of losing two key staff members at The Woolpack, and Belle fears the worst when she meets up with her latest wedding clients.

1. Caleb has regrets

It's the morning after Ruby's drunken dancing with Ross, and a furious Caleb confronts her about her supposed betrayal. Ruby is quick to set the record straight by explaining that nothing happened between her and Ross.

Caleb is mortified over the mix-up – mainly because he's already retaliated by sleeping with Sadie…

2. Sadie could be in trouble

Caleb fails to mention his own mistake, but tells Ruby that Sadie was responsible for giving him the wrong idea about Ross.

Ruby is livid that her so-called friend has been causing trouble like this, so she summons her back to the house for a showdown. Sadie insists there's an innocent explanation, but will Ruby buy it?

3. Joe gets an update

Sadie also makes sure to contact Joe, since she's been acting on his orders for weeks now.

But when the scheming pair come face to face, what will Sadie tell Joe and where do her loyalties lie now?

4. Marlon and Mary make a big announcement

Marlon tells Charity that Robert has been trying to poach him from The Woolpack. Charity gets tough by warning Marlon that he's going nowhere.

Marlon agrees to hear Robert's pitch, which is full of big promises about the creative freedom he'd enjoy and the high-end dishes he'd be making. Before long, Marlon and Mary both announce that they're quitting the pub for The Hide – but will Charity still have the last laugh?

5. Belle confides in Kammy

Belle speaks to Kammy after meeting Jordan and Caz, who have booked her to plan their wedding.

She's unsettled after noticing a dynamic between the couple which reminds her of her own traumatic marriage to Tom. Is Jordan abusing Caz?
