More than 400,000 Maynilad customers in some parts of Metro Manila are seen to be affected by a water service interruption starting Saturday evening until Sunday afternoon.

According to a report on Super Radyo dzBB, some 412,000 customers in some portions of Caloocan City, Valenzuela City, Quezon City, as well as Meycauayan and Obando in Bulacan, will experience a water supply interruption starting from 10 p.m. on October 10 until 3 p.m. on October 11.

This is due to maintenance works at a major pipeline located in General Luis Street in Novaliches, Quezon City.

The report said water tankers will be on standby to deliver clean water to affected customers. — VDV, GMA News
