Presidenza Ue: 'Necessaria la tassazione degli extra-profitti delle società energetiche'

"Visti i recenti sviluppi in Medio Oriente, i prezzi dei combustibili fossili che crescono a non finire e il costo della vita che è aumentato in modo significativo, è necessario mitigare le conseguenze negative per cittadini e bisogna tassare le società energetiche", "per compensare le perdite delle famiglie". Lo ha detto il ministro irlandese agli Affari europei Thomas Byrne, parlando in plenaria a Strasburgo per la presidenza dell'Ue nel dibattito sugli extraprofitti.
