Here Are All The Songs In The ‘Verity’ Film Adaptation: From FKA Twigs To Kali Uchis
Amazon MGM Studios’ film adaptation of Colleen Hoover’s suspenseful thriller Verity marks the fourth of the best-selling author’s books to reach the big screen following It Ends With Us in August 2024, Regretting You in October 2025 and Reminders of Him earlier this year.
Verity stands apart from the previous three adaptations in terms of genre, but there are still complicated dynamics between its trio of main characters, the titular author Verity Crawford (Anne Hathaway), her husband Jeremy Crawford (Josh Hartnett) and author Lowen Ashleigh (Dakota Johnson).
Lowen gets a very intimate glimpse into the life of the Crawfords when she is recruited by Verity’s publisher Hachette Group to complete Verity’s best-selling series because Verity can no longer do so on her own. What starts out as a lucrative work deal turns into a psychological situation that leaves Lowen wondering if Verity really is as incapacitated as she seems.
Songs by FKA Twigs, Kalli Uchis and The Marias soundtrack the twisty story in which Verity’s writing chops are on full display, even outside of her Noble Virtues books, which she writes from the antagonists’ point of view.
