Inside Chrishell Stause and G Flip's Romance Before Surprising Split

Selling Sunset’s Chrishell Stause Reveals Fiery Red Hair Transformation

Chrishell Stause is back on the market.

Not that the Selling Sunset alum is rushing back out there, but she's suddenly listed as single following her Oct. 26 announcement that she and G Flip have broken up after three years of marriage.

Which, yes, came as a shock to fans of the couple, who renewed their vows in a medieval-themed ceremony. But while it doesn't sound as if their love for each other is ancient history, Stause sounded pretty heartbroken when she took to Instagram with the "humbling" news.

"With time, you get the lessons you're meant to get," the 45-year-old shared, "and I know that's going to happen, and I'm going to heal and everything's going to be fine. I'm definitely never doing this again, but I just felt like you guys deserved a little bit more than a cold written statement, because you have been so supportive and so loving."

And fans have been on this journey for almost five years, since Stause met the Australian singer, who was born Georgia Claire Flipo, at a Halloween party in 2021.

"I was a very DIY, thrift-store skeleton," G Flip told Vogue Australia in 2023. "My costume would've cost me all but $15. And Chrishell looked like a million-dollar skeleton."

Though Chrishell had "the most incredible time" watching G Flip perform with Tones and I that night, as she put it on Instagram, she was dating Selling Sunset costar Jason Oppenheim at the time.

But they split up in December 2021, and the following March, there was a G Flip sighting on Stause's Insta, with the reality star writing, "Grateful for every person in these pics!"

Though some more than others, hmm?

The pair were spotted out together, date night style, that May, and soon Stause—who was previously married to Justin Hartley from 2017 to 2019 (though their divorce wasn't finalized until 2021)—confirmed during the Selling Sunset reunion that she had been "spending a lot of time with someone that’s very important to me."

She then brought G Flip as her date to the 2022 MTV Movie & TV Awards, where Stause was named Best Reality Star.

"It's when they have the key to your heart, but the walls are down and there are no rules or regulations, just love and support," she told Vogue about her relationship's selling points in a June 2022 interview. "Plus, it ties into real estate, which is actually quite cute!"

They tied the knot in Las Vegas in May 2023 and retied it again in L.A. last year, with Stause taking her vows in fair maiden mode, clad in an off-the-shoulder white gown with a lace-up corset. G-Flip played the role of dashing knight dressed in a princely red doublet complete with a sword on their back.

But even though it did seem as if each had finally found their other half, Stause admitted she was still "figuring it out" when it came to what made love work for the long haul.

"I don't think anybody has it figured out," the Traitors alum told Nine.com.au in May 2025. "But the one thing I will say, that I'm very passionate about, is that aside from physical initial attraction to someone, you have to have a deep love for who they are as a person."

She added, "You're looking for a person who, you're going to be holding hands with when they're 80 years old."

Alas, Stause is once again looking for her forever home. Keep scrolling to see her romance with G Flip in happier times:
