Richard Osman hints at secret project with David Tennant and Strictly Come Dancing star

Richard Osman has seemingly teased a secret new project with Doctor Who icon David Tennant and Strictly Come Dancing star Johannes Radebe.
Osman, who recently left his role as presenter of House of Games, posted an image of the trio grinning ear-to-ear in the back of a taxi on Instagram along with a caption that has caught fans' attention.
The Thursday Murder Club author and The Rest Is Entertainment host said: "I can't even begin to tell you what we were filming last night, but it was a lot of fun."
Inevitably, the post sent fans wild and led to plenty of speculation about exactly what the trio could be involved in – with Top Gear, House of Games and Children in Need all thrown out as potential answers.

Radebe commented on the post on Instagram, but didn't offer much in terms of a clue about what had brought him together with Osman and Tennant.
He said: "A time was had [hugging emoji, star emoji]"– though that doesn't give much away, either!"
The South African is set to start his role as one of the new Strictly hosts, alongside Josh Widdicombe and Emma Willis, when season 24 begins later this month.

Tennant will be returning to our screens later this year as well, in the third season of BBC's intense prison drama Time and in season 2 part 2 of Rivals, which returns on 11 November 2026.
At this point, it's not clear what the trio were filming but judging by the response to Osman's post, it's certainly going to be popular!
