Voyager Technologies stock jumps on Anduril partnership

Translate

Voyager Technologies (VOYG) shares jumped more than 11% in premarket trading after the company announced a strategic partnership with Anduril Industries to accelerate the development, testing, and production of technologies for advanced U.S. weapons systems and missile defense.

The agreement builds on an existing collaboration between the two companies across several strategic weapons programs, including high-priority U.S. defense initiatives.

Voyager has secured contracts worth more than $60M to supply Anduril with critical technologies, including solid rocket motors and missile control systems.

"We've invested more than $500 million in propulsion, energetics and manufacturing capacity to be ready for exactly this moment," said Matt Magaña, president, Space, Defense & National Security, Voyager. "This partnership converts that investment into production programs today and positions us for the demand we expect as next-generation missile defense expands nationally."
