Millie Bobby Brown Details Daughter's Sweet Bond With Her, Jake Bongiovi's Dog
Millie Bobby Brown is no stranger to motherhood—twice over.
More than a year after announcing they adopted a baby girl, the Stranger Things star and husband Jake Bongiovi have welcomed their second child.
Brown, 22, and Bongiovi, 24, shared a photo of their baby boy's hand on Instagram Sept. 17, writing, "hi little guy!" She celebrated her little one with a ring reading "Mom" as well.
The couple's newest addition also comes just three months after she hinted at expanding her family, especially since her life went “from black and white to color” after adopting their daughter in 2025.
“Hopefully one day that's in my future,” Brown noted of pregnancy on the June 11 episode of Not Gonna Lie. “But for me, adoption was always a part of my future. Adoption is love. Adoption is forever.”
Not only has the Enola Holmes star's decision to adopt been a “childhood dream," but she also learned much more about the entire process along the way.
“The aspect of adoption in my social work courses was everything and so so meaningful and important,” she shared. “Then I also learned speaking to and reading a lot about being a birth mother and what that journey is."
As she explained, "So for me, my husband and I took a lot of time to focus on what that story and what that journey looks like and then we embarked it."
As for the couple's journey to parenthood, Brown noted that “waiting for the call” was the hardest part, but made for an unforgettable moment.
“Getting the call, I mean, I will never forget it,” Brown shared on the July 13 episode of On Purpose with Jay Shetty. “It was the most surreal feeling and yet we both knew in that moment that we had found each other. Like, oh my goodness, this is our girl, 100 percent, no doubt.”

And though Brown has given glimpses into the life she and Bongiovi have built with their baby in the time since, she also shared why she didn't capture footage of the moment she became a mom.
“I think there’s something so special about it because my whole life’s recorded,” the actress explained. “My husband and I will never forget those words, where we were, what we were doing, the feeling. And I think in so many ways, that shouldn’t be recorded. It’s almost like you had to be there.”
