Live: Children among dead in shooting at elementary school in Oregon

Authorities believe at least five people are dead following a shooting at an elementary school in Bend, Oregon.
That is according to two law enforcement officials with knowledge of the case who spoke to the Associated Press on condition of anonymity because they were not authorised to discuss it publicly.
Both officials said the death toll was preliminary and could change.
Sheila Miller, communications manager for the Bend Police Department, told reporters she had no information about the shooter, who was shot and killed. She also did not know who had responded.
At least two people were transported to a hospital, but Ms Miller said she was unaware of their condition.
"We don't have confirmation yet of who shot the suspect; it may have been a bystander," Ms Miller said.
The shooter opened fire at the elementary school on Thursday, local time, but was promptly shot dead.
Police received reports of a shooter at Silver Rail Elementary School who fired at a vehicle, Ms Miller said.
Police arrived on campus within minutes, and the shooter was shot almost immediately, Ms Miller said.
Bend is a city of some 100,000 people in central Oregon, about 280 kilometres south-east of Portland.
Silver Rail Elementary School serves grades from kindergarten through fifth grade, roughly ages 5 to 11.
It has about 450 students and 40 staff members, Ms Miller said.
