Two Brits, 19 and 22, are arrested in Barbados 'over plot to export more than $1million of cocaine'

Two Britons have been arrested in Barbados over a plot to smuggle more than $1million of cocaine.
Abdul-Rasheed Anjolaoluwa Oduola and Miraldie Ndunzi, both from east London, were arrested by the Barbados Police Service Narcotics Unit on September 29.
The 19 and 22-year-old were both charged with possession, trafficking, intent to supply and attempting to export cocaine after police reportedly found them with the Class-A drug.
According to the Barbados Police Service, the amount of suspected cocaine the teenager Oduola was seized with is estimated to be worth $1.17million Bajan dollars.
The UK street value of this amount of the cocaine is worth approximately £440,000.
Fellow Briton, Miraldie Ndunzi, of Stor Road, was arrested with 23.6kg of suspected cocaine, police said.
The force added that the amount has 'an estimated street value of one million, one hundred and eighty thousand dollars ($1,180,000.00) Barbados currency'.
In the UK, the quantity of cocaine Ndunzi was accused of attempting to export has a value of £444,000.

Miraldie Ndunzi, of Stor Road, east London, was arrested by the Barbados Police Service on September 29
Following his arrest, he was charged with possession, trafficking, intent to supply and attempting to export cocaine.
The pair appeared at District B Magistrates' Court in Horse Hill, St Joseph, on October 2.
A Foreign Office spokesperson said: 'We are providing consular assistance to two British nationals detained in Barbados and are in contact with the local authorities.'
