Tiger Shroff is reportedly deeply shaken after gunmen targeted his car in Mumbai’s Juhu neighbourhood on October 18. He called the episode a “life-threatening attack” and wondered aloud why someone would want to harm him.

The shooting happened around 7 pm as Tiger was on his way back from a football session. Two men on a motorcycle reportedly fired five to six shots at his car and then sped away. Tiger, who was sitting in the front passenger seat, was not hurt, but his driver and a vlogger sustained injuries.

According to NDTV, Tiger told investigators he is still struggling to process what happened. “I am in deep shock. I do not wish to say anything right now.

Who would want to carry out such a life-threatening attack on me, and why,” he said. Questioning the reason behind the firing, he added, “I have no enmity with anyone... so why was I attacked”. The actor is reportedly still reeling from the incident and has not yet given his formal statement to the police.

Police later identified the two shooters as Phool Singh and Rehan Rahisuddin Ansari, both 18 and both from Haryana.

The bike believed to have been used in the attack was subsequently discovered abandoned in Andheri. The accused reportedly made their way to Surat in Gujarat and then boarded a train to Jaipur, but one of them was arrested the next day in Rajasthan’s Kota district.
