In its 2026 title run, Royal Challengers Bengaluru was comfortably the best team in the Women’s Premier League, winning all but two of the eight games it played and defeating all four other teams on its way to the trophy.
Coming into the 2026 edition, key withdrawals, injuries and contentious bowling choices on paper had placed a question mark on the team’s prospects, which the outfit remarkably answered by clinching its second title.
