“Nottinghamshire have secured the services of India seamer Mukesh Kumar for the final two fixtures of the 2026 Rothesay County Championship season,” said the English County outfit in an official statement.
The 32-year-old right-arm seamer Mukesh has picked 32 wickets in 26 matches across all formats for India.

“I am really pleased to sign for Nottinghamshire at an important time in the season. I can’t wait to arrive in England and test myself in county cricket,” said Mukesh.
“I want to contribute as much as I can while I am here to help Nottinghamshire to success, and I am looking forward to working with the coaches and my new teammates.”
With two rounds to go in this season of the County Championship Division One, Nottinghamshire (185) is placed second and trails table-topper Somerset by just four points.
It will face Sussex and Yorkshire in Yorkshire in its final two games.
