USC drops six spots to No. 18 in AP Poll following Oregon loss
On Saturday evening, the USC football team fell 41-27 to Oregon at the Coliseum. With the loss, the Trojans dropped to 4-1 on the season and 1-1 in Big Ten play.
On Sunday, the latest college football AP Poll was released. Not surprisingly, USC dropped in the rankings, falling six spots to No. 18. Oregon, meanwhile moved up five spots in the poll, coming in at No. 15.

Elsewhere in the Big Ten, just two of the Trojans' remaining opponents are ranked: Ohio State and Indiana. However, both the Buckeyes and Hoosiers sit in the top ten, with Ohio State ranked No. 5 and Indiana No. 6.
USC's next two opponents, Penn State and Washington, were both ranked at the start of the season. However, both currently sit outside of the top 25, with the Huskies and Nittany Lions both having suffered home losses to unranked opponents on Saturday.
Washington will visit the Coliseum this Saturday. Kickoff is set for 4:30 p.m. Pacific time on NBC.
