LTO to issue order revoking driver's licenses over pedestrian lane incidents

The Land Transportation Office (LTO) on Wednesday said it is drafting a memorandum order that could lead to the revocation of the driver’s license of motorists involved in pedestrian lane-related incidents.
LTO chief Assistant Secretary Markus Lacanilao told GMA News that the move stemmed from numerous incidents in which pedestrians died while crossing the designated lanes.
