Former Bachelor star Sam Wood has been denied bail by a Queensland court, four days after being charged with domestic violence offences.
The 46-year-old wellness entrepreneur and former reality TV star, from Melbourne has been held in a Sunshine Coast police cell since Sunday and will remain in custody after appearing in the Maroochydore magistrate’s court, via video link, on Thursday.
He was arrested in Noosa at the weekend after an alleged domestic violence incident and charged with two offences – assault occasioning bodily harm and strangulation in a domestic setting.
