Jones Soda reports preliminary Q3 net revenue of $13.3M, nine-month net revenue $36.0M

Jones Soda (JSDA) released Q3 preliminary, net revenue figures in the range of approximately $13.3 million, up about 196% from $4.5 million in Q3 2025.

For the nine months ended September 30, 2026, preliminary net revenue is approximately $36.0 million, up about 164% from $13.6 million for the same period in 2025.

Management commentary and business activity Scott Harvey, President and Chief Executive Officer of Jones Soda, said: "Our results reflect particularly strong sales growth across our club and direct-to-consumer channels as we continue to broaden the reach of the Jones brand and connect with both new and existing consumers. The Company is on track to achieve its sales and EBITDA guidance for 2026."

He also noted elevated social media activity, stating Jones-related content "has generated millions of impressions across social platforms, significantly expanding awareness and engagement with the Jones brand."

Looking ahead, the company said it expects continued strength in its direct-to-consumer and club channels in Q4, and plans product launches with additional retailers.

Jones Soda also said it is developing new partnerships it expects to announce in the coming weeks and months.
