Tune-Yards Line Up U.S. Tour

Tune-Yards composed Boots Riley’s offbeat comedy crime film I Love Boosters, and now they’re taking it on a North American jaunt titled The Ones That Love You. Starting November 5 in Chicago, the Oakland band will make stops in Cleveland, Boston, Cincinnati, and more. The pop duo Rituals of Mine will open each date. Scroll down for the full tour schedule.
“The I Love Boosters score sounds like three different bands scoring the same film, music that we hope is as unpredictable and multilayered as Boots’ creative world,” Tune-Yards wrote in a press statement. “It’s some of the wildest and far-reaching music we’ve ever composed, because Boots pushes everyone around him to the furthest edges of their creativity.”
This spring, the band released I Love Boosters – Original Motion Picture Score, the follow-up to their composition work for Boots Riley’s debut feature film, 2018’s Sorry to Bother You. Tune-Yards put out their sixth studio album, Better Dreaming, in 2025.
