Indian squash player Anahat Singh is through to the round of 16 at the Qterminals Qatar Classic 2026 in Doha with a 3-1 victory over Egypt’s Farida Mohamed on Saturay.
In a match that went to four games, Anahat triumphed 13-11, 3-11, 11-7, 11-7 over the 24-year-old to make the prequarterfinals where she will face Belgium’s Tinne Gilis, who is the top seed and ranked ninth in the world.
The Qatar Classic is a PSA World Tour Platinum level event.
Abhay Singh and Veer Chotrani are the other Indians in action at the event on Saturday.
